Refund Policy

Every pair of Freaky Shoes® is custom made to order, crafted from scratch just for you. Because your pair is uniquely yours and production begins soon after you order, all sales are final — we're unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

To make sure your pair is perfect, please double-check your size, design, shipping address, and contact details before checking out.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items We stand fully behind every pair we make. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at info@freakyshoes.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. We'll make it right with a replacement or another resolution.

Lost or undelivered orders If tracking shows your order as delivered but it hasn't arrived, or it looks lost in transit, email info@freakyshoes.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

A note on printed designs Colors can vary slightly from screen to screen, so minor differences between your monitor and the finished print are normal and part of the handmade, made-to-order process.
