Most orders arrive approx. 3–5 weeks from the day you place them. Shipping estimates vary based on your destination. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and add tracking details to your order. You can follow your shipment using the link in that email, or by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website. In some cases you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers, depending on which facility each item ships from. Questions about your order? Where are my shoes made? We produce and ship our products from our China-based facilities.
Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order? Every pair of Freaky Shoes® is custom made to order, created just for you. Because your pair is uniquely yours and production begins soon after you order, all sales are final — we're unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your size, design, shipping address, and contact details before checking out.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right — email info@freakyshoes.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos, and we'll sort out a replacement or another resolution.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide, including Canada and Europe.
Do you ship to PO boxes? No — our carriers (FedEx & DHL) do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? Yes. For bulk order pricing, email info@freakyshoes.com with the quantity and styles you're interested in, and we'll send you a quote.
Will you share my personal information? We never sell your personal information for money. Like most online stores, we do share limited browsing and device information with advertising and analytics partners, which some privacy laws treat as a "sale" or "sharing."
