How long will it take to make and receive my order?


Production: approx. 5–10 business days

Delivery: approx. 2–3 weeks after your order ships Shipping estimates vary based on your destination. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.


How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and add tracking details to your order. You can follow your shipment using the link in that email, or by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website. In some cases you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers, depending on which facility each item ships from. Questions about your order? Where are my shoes made? We produce and ship our products from our China-based facilities.


Will my shoes look exactly like the photos? Yes — you receive the design exactly as shown on the product page. Please note that colors can vary slightly between screens and printers, so the printed color may differ marginally from what appears on your monitor.


Can I return, exchange, or cancel my order? Because each pair is made to order, all sales are final — we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your size and shipping details before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@freakyshoes.com right away and we'll make it right. Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide, including Canada and Europe.


Do you ship to PO boxes? No — our carriers (FedEx & DHL) do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a physical shipping address.


What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.


Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing? Yes. For bulk order pricing, email info@freakyshoes.com with the quantity and styles you're interested in, and we'll send you a quote.
