These Terms of Service govern purchases made through Freakyshoes.com, operated by Big Boy Group LLC, doing business as Freaky Shoes ("Freaky Shoes," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility to purchase
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to place an order.

2. Our products
Freaky Shoes offers a curated collection of designs. You select an existing design as shown on the product page, add it to your cart, and we produce and ship that exact design. Products are made to order.

3. Orders and order acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limited availability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will issue a refund for that order.

4. Pricing and payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept all major credit cards plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

5. Shipping and delivery
Every order is made to order and ships from China. Production takes approx. 10-15 business days, and shipping takes approx. 2-7 business days after your order ships. Most orders arrive approx. 3-4½ weeks from the day you place them, with times varying by destination. Shipping is free. You will receive tracking once your order ships. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. If your order is lost or not delivered, contact us and we will investigate as described in our Refund Policy. We do not ship to PO boxes. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about import duties or taxes for your destination.

6. Returns and refunds
All sales are final. Because each pair is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed, except as described in our Refund Policy (for example, items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect). Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms.
