These Terms of Service govern purchases made through Freakyshoes.com, operated by Big Boy Group, LLC dba Freakyshoes.com ("Freaky Shoes," "we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. For rules governing general use of our website, please also see our Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility to purchase You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to place an order.

2. Our products Freaky Shoes® offers a curated collection of designs. You select an existing design as shown on the product page, add it to your cart, and we produce and ship that exact design. Products are made to order.

3. Orders & order acceptance Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limited availability. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll issue a refund for that order.

4. Pricing & payment All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. Payment is due in full at checkout. We accept all major credit cards plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

5. Shipping & delivery Production takes approx. 5–10 business days, then approx. 2–3 weeks for delivery after your order ships, with times varying by destination. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We do not ship to PO boxes.

6. Returns & refunds All sales are final. Because each pair is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed, except as described in our Refund Policy (for example, items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect). Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these terms.
