Made to order and shipped free from China. Production takes approx. 10-15 business days, plus approx. 2-7 business days shipping. Estimated delivery: approx. 3-4½ weeks. Custom made per order, all sales final, so please double-check your size. Arrives damaged or wrong? Email us within 7 days and we'll fix it.

Refund Policy

Every pair of Freaky Shoes is custom made to order, created just for you. Because your pair is uniquely yours and production begins soon after you order, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

To make sure your pair is perfect, please double-check your size, design, shipping address, and contact details before checking out.

When will my order arrive?

Every order is made to order and ships from China. Production takes approx. 10-15 business days, and shipping takes approx. 2-7 business days after your order ships. Estimated delivery is approx. 3-4½ weeks from the day you place your order. Shipping is free, and you will receive tracking as soon as your pair ships.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind every pair we make. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us at info@freakyshoes.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos. We will make it right with a replacement or another resolution.

Lost or undelivered orders

If tracking shows your order as delivered but it has not arrived, or it appears lost in transit, email info@freakyshoes.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

A note on printed designs

Colors can vary slightly from screen to screen, so minor differences between your monitor and the finished design are normal and part of the made-to-order process.
