How can I track my order?
We will provide tracking details after your custom order ships. In some cases you will receive multiple packages / multiple tracking numbers depending which facilities the products are shipped from for each order. Once your order has been shipped, we will add tracking details to your order. If you have any questions about your custom order, please feel free to contact us and we will respond back to you as quickly as possible.
Can I return my order?
We have a strict no refund no return policy. Our products are custom made to order what each customer created, so it is valueless to other customers. We also don't accept cancellations, or exchanges once orders are placed. We do not take responsibility for how the final artwork turns out on the finished product. We do our best to recreate the design created on our platform but variations in the final printing do exist. We protect ourselves from customers who over-reach and try to get free products. Please be sure to check that your design, size, shipping address, and phone number are correct prior to completing your purchase. If you have any issues or questions, please contact us.
How can I get help with my order?
We work hard around the clock keeping our costs down from production to shipping them to your doorstep. If you ever need any updates on the status of your order, please copy and paste your tracking number at the following link here or contact us at anytime with your order number.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately FedEx & DHL does not ship to PO Boxes.
How long does it take to make and receive my custom order?
Custom products made on Freakyshoes.com take the following time to process:
Production time: Approx 5-10 business days
Shipping time: Approx 2 weeks
Shipping estimates are based on destination.
Where are my shoes made?
We produce and ship our custom products from our China-based facilities.
Will my shoes be printed exactly how I designed them?
How you design your shoe on our designing platform is how your shoes will print. *Please note that colors can vary between monitors and printers. The color you see on your monitor may not be exactly the same as the color printed on our printers.
Can I get whatever I want printed on my shoes?
We reserve the right to refuse orders based on usage of inappropriate language, racism, violence, inappropriate imagery, or trademark infringements.
Do you offer bulk pricing?

Can I cancel my order after I have completed the checkout?
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. Changes can only be made to your order if Customer Service reaches out to you about an issue with your design. Reasons could be, but not limited to: copyright infringement, inappropriate images, etc.
