How long does it take to make and receive my Freaky Shoes?

Every pair is custom made to order and ships from China. Here is the typical timeline:

Production: approx. 10-15 business days
Shipping: approx. 2-7 business days after your order ships

Most orders arrive approx. 3-4½ weeks from the day you place them. Delivery estimates vary based on your destination. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number. Track your shipment using the link in that email, or by entering the number on the carrier's website.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No. Our carriers do not deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a physical shipping address.
