How long does it take to make and receive my Freaky Shoes®? Each pair is custom made to order. Here's the typical timeline:

Production: approx. 5–10 business days

Delivery: approx. 2–3 weeks after your order ships

Delivery estimates vary based on your destination. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and add tracking details to your order. You can follow your shipment using the link in that email, or by entering your tracking number on the carrier's website. In some cases you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers, depending on which facility each item ships from. Questions? Contact us and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible.

Do you ship to PO boxes? No — our carriers (FedEx & DHL) do not deliver to PO boxes, so please provide a physical shipping address.

Can I return my order? Because each pair is custom made to order, all sales are final — we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double-check your size, design selection, and shipping address before completing your purchase. Please note that colors can vary slightly between screens and the final print. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away and we'll make it right.
